TERMS AND CONDITION

    1. The passenger/traveller should check their particularly date of travel, reporting time, boarding place, etc.
    2. The organisers are not responsible in case of vehicle breakdown, delyas at ferry crossing or any reasons beyond the control during the process of travel.
    3. The organizers are at full discreation to accept or refuse any passenger who is unfit to travel or who makes their opinion may constitute risk to the vehicle or the co-passenger.
    4. The organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the passenger/ luggages.
    5. The organizer reserve the right to cancel, postponed, change or delay the tour without assigning any reasons.
    6. The 50% cancellation changes will be charged for cancellation on any day pervious to the date of journey.
    7. No cancellation or alteration or postponed in the ticket is accepted on the day of the journey.
    8. The organizer is not responsible to refund the money in case video fail.
    9. Timing allotted by the guide when on tour to be observed strictly.
    10. The organizer has the right to change the seating arrangement
    11. The failure of the A/C. In the Air Condition bus will be refunded Rs20/- each.
    12. The dropping point after finishing the tour at our Office point.
    13. The seating arrangement during the sightseeing will be done by our guide in the bus.
    14. The passenger / traveller must be ready in the hotel reception and not in the room.
    15. No refund, incase there is no DVD/video in the coach, it is complimentary and as per availability (no extra charge).
    16. If the vehicle hire for self ride and incurred total loss, damages or theft during the time of period, the changes of causes will be bear by customer risk.
    17. The original receipt must be produce while refund of deposit towards the bikes / cars.
    18. The ticket is subjected for L.I.C claim to any private or govt body.
    19. Please note that our film is service provide and authorised agents for booking of Bus Ticket, Air Ticket, Rail Ticket.
    20. The film is not responsible for any dispute if the confirming or contact party fails to provide suitable service to the customer.
